RON KELLUM (Director of Chicago) has worked
extensively throughout the United States. Broadway and national touring credits as a
performer include Aida, Beauty and the
Beast, Chicago, Dreamgirls, Fame, Fosse, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor
Dreamcoat, and Smokey Joe’s
Café. Regionally he has directed productions
of Dreamgirls, Five Guys Named Moe, Joseph
and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Once On This Island, RENT, and Smokey Joe’s Café. His film and television appearances
include “Lacka Wanna Blues” (HBO), “Popular” (NBC), “Family Matters” (ABC) “Hangin’
with Mr. Cooper” (ABC) and “Newsies” (Disney).
In addition, Ron has been an Associate Producer for e2k Sports, a
leading sports entertainment company,
co-directing seven NFL Pro Bowl Half-time shows in Hawaii. A graduate of the Walter Cronkite School of
Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, Ron has anchored
for the NBC affiliate in Northern Arizona, where he also produced and hosted
his own show called Youthtime.
