
With more than a decade of experience in higher education, Philip has enjoyed working with college students especially as it pertains to recruitment, advisement, and student services. Philip earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy & Religion from Campbell University, and he received a Master of Education degree with an emphasis in Educational Administration from The University of Oklahoma. Philip’s educational research on diversity and retention has been spotlighted by several universities, including Pennsylvania State University and The University of Mississippi. Philip resides in Norman with his wife Alicia, and they have 3 children – Christian, Tristan, and Charlotte.
